Melt margarine in medium saucepan.

Add salt, dry mustard and pepper.

Blend in flour, shaken smooth.

Add milk to saucepan and stir over medium heat until thickened.

Add cheese and stir until melted.

Place 2 to 3 cups cooked cut up potatoes in greased baking dish.

Add sauce mix.

Brown 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs in 2 tablespoons margarine.

Sprinkle on potato mixture and bake 20 to 25 minutes (longer if refrigerated).
