Potato Water Rolls – a delicious recipe with water, butter, sugar, salt, warm water, yeast. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water.

In a large bowl, combine potato water, butter, sugar and salt.

When this has cooled to warm, add the yeast mixture and 3 cups of flour; beat well. Gradually add remaining 3 1/2 cups of flour.

Finish by kneading on a floured board until smooth.

Place in greased bowl, turning once to coat top.

Cover and let double in size (1 to 1 1/2 hours).

Knead down in bowl.

Divide into 24 pieces.

Shape into balls and place on greased cookie sheets.

Cover and let rise 45 to 60 minutes.

Sift flour over tops before baking.

Slash tops with shears.
