Potato Scones

   Cook the potatoes with their skins on, drain well and then mash.

   Add all the other ingrediens, and mix well, a blender is ideal.

   Form into patties and either cook on hot griddle (10 minutes) or in a medium oven for 20-30 minutes.

   Serve with grilled mushrooms and tomatoes, perhaps a portion of camembert, chicken or ham.
