Potato Sausage Casserole

   Boil potatoes and set aside.

   Melt margarine in saucepan.

   Add flour to make a paste. Add milk and bring to a boil to thicken. Add cheese and seasonings.

   Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Slice sausage and place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

   Spoon potatoes over sausage and heat in oven at 350u00b0 for 20 minutes.
