8 Eggs, Boiled And Diced
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Pepper Relish
1 Medium Yellow Onion, Chopped
1/2 cups Sour Pickles
1/2 cups Sweet Pickles
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt

Boil cubed potatoes until tender. (Red potatoes work great.) Drain the potatoes and add the remaining ingredients. Gently stir until all ingredients are incorporated. If your prefer a moister potato salad then just add more mayonnaise.
