Potato Puppies

   Mix paprika and meal together in a bowl; set aside.

   Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.

   Drain water off potatoes. Mash potatoes together with a fork.

   Add onion, eggs, salt and pepper.

   Form small balls and roll in meal mixture.

   Drop balls in a deep fryer and cook until golden brown.
