potato latkes with instant potatoes

   Cook instant potatoes by directions that came with them.

   Move potatoes to a bowl large enough to hold the potatoes, and stir them.

   In a seperate bowl, beat eggs.

   salt and pepper them to taste

   Add eggs to the potatoes, and mix them in thoroughly.

   Slowly add in the water and flour.

   Stir until you have a smooth consistency.

   Add enough oil to pan to lightly coat the bottom, and let it heat up over medium heat.

   Add about 1/4 cup of mixture to oil that has been heated over medium heat.

    Cook the first side for about 4-5 minutes.

    Flip over.

    If you feel resistance, let it cook for a few more seconds.

    Cook the other side for about 3 minutes.

    Both sides should be golden brown.

    Top with your prefered topping.
