Potato Ham Casserole

   In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Stir in ham and thawed potatoes.

   Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.

   Combine the last two ingredients (margarine and corn flakes) and sprinkle on top.

   Bake, uncovered, at 350u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
