Potato Casserole

   Peel and slice potatoes.

   Slice onions.

   Use sliced or grated cheese.

   Layer potatoes, onions, cheeses, butter, salt and pepper in that order.

   Keep adding layers until casserole dish is full or enough for a meal.

   Cover dish.
