Potato Casserole

   Butter a casserole dish.

   Slice potatoes and onion thin.

   Mix soups and water.

   Spread a thin layer of soup mixture in bottom of casserole dish, then a layer of potatoes and onion.

   Dot with butter.

   Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

   Layer again as preceding. Place in a 325u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are tender.

   Spread with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
