Portuguese Sausage Risotto

   Chop the garlic, onion and sausage

   Put the broth to low boil (I used vegetable broth, but feel free to use any kind)

   Saute the garlic, onion and sausage with olive oil

   Add the rice and continue sauteing for about 1 minute (the goal is to make the rice turn more transparent)

   Add the wine and mix well

   Add broth until you barely cover the rice, stir constantly until the broth is almost completely absorbed by the rice, the repeat.

   You will do this for approximately 20/30 minutes, until rice reached your desired softness.

   When the rice is ready mix in the cheese and serve!
