Portuguese Francesinha Sandwich

   Dissolve the cornstarch well with the milk in the food processor bowl. Add the beer, bay leaves, margarine, port wine, cornstarch, tomato paste, and chili. Grind.

   In a saucepan, heat the mixture until it boils and thickens a little, always stirring so that it doesn't stick to the bottom.

   Make a sandwich with the bread, ham, sausages, roast beef, and cover with cheese.

   Place in center of a plate, and sprinkle with the sauce.

   Bake in the oven until the cheese melts, and turns golden brown.

   Serve with the fries and a fried egg (optional).
