Preheat barbeque to medium heat.

Lightly brush each Portabella mushrooms (on the bottom) with vegetable oil and put them on the barbeque.

Grill for five minutes.

In the meantime, lightly saute the onion and garlic in more vegetable oil.

Mix the bbq sauce with the flax seed in a small bowl.

Brush the top of the mushrooms with the mixture, using up everything in the bowl, and then turn over the mushrooms.

Grill for another five minutes.

On the bottom side of the hamburger bun spoon the onion and garlic, add 1 slice each of tomato and cheese (You can use other cheese if you like), and the arugala.

Top each salad with one portabella mushroom, and add more bbq sauce as desired.

Close the burger with the top part of bun and enjoy!
