1 Salt and pepper
1 Plain flour
1 tsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp Butter
60 ml Heavy cream
1 tbsp Milk
1/3 Soup stock cube
1 tsp Soy sauce
3 leaves Green shiso leaves
1/2 clove Garlic (marinated in soy sauce if you have)

Finely chop the shiso leaves and garlic.

Cut the pork loin into bite sizes.

Sprinkle salt and pepper and flour on the pork.

Put butter and vegetable oil in a heated pan.
