Pork Candy

   Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray. Place bacon on parchment paper. Carefully add brown sugar to top side of bacon. (Do your best not to get it on the parchment, it will burn easily). Grind fresh cracked pepper (to taste) on top of brown sugar.

   Bake on 350 degrees (F) for 20 minutes. Watch closely at this time to make sure it is cooked well and try not to burn bacon.

   Remove and serve. (If you let it cool slightly, it is easier to cut into the pieces if you prefer).
