10 3/4 ounce. can celery soup
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 (24 ounce.) frzn hash browns
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

In large bowl mix soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper, seasoned salt, stir together.
