2. For charcoal grill place patties on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals. Grill for 10 to 13 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in patties registers 160 degrees F, turning once

halfway through grilling. For gas grill preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place patties on grill rack over heat. Cover; grill as above.

3. Toast rolls. For each serving, place bok choy on roll bottom. Top with a patty, sauce, additional chopped peanuts, and the bun top. Makes 4 servings.
