1/4 cup olive oil
1 red onion, thickly sliced

1 bay leaf
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley, plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup red wine
1 cup demi-glace
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 pound fresh porcini ravioli
Freshly grated Parmesan, for garnish

In a large saute pan over high heat, add olive oil.

Add the red onion and saute until tender.
