Bake approximately 18 minutes* but **DO NOT** open the oven door or the popovers will collapse (you want to save the collapsing for later!). *The original directions read 25-30 minutes cooking time. Adjust accordingly.

Remove from oven. The popovers will collapse in the center in about 1 minute, usually less time.

Remove from the muffin pans.

To serve, turn the popover upside down and slather with the honey butter.
