Popcorn Chicken Marinated In Soy Sauce And Orange

   In a bowl, thoroughly mix the soy sauce and orange juice.

   Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and add a pinch of salt.

   Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

   Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and strain.

   Coat the chicken by covering with egg and breadcrumbs.

   Fry the chicken until golden brown. Drain the chicken on paper towel. Serve with ketchup or barbecue sauce.
