Ingredients: 300 grams macaroni; 3 eggs; 1 cup grated cheddar cheese; 1 cup cream; 1 salt and pepper to taste; 1 garlic clove crushed; 1 onion chopped; 1 tsp dried mixed herbs; 400 grams polony; 1 cup mozarella or cheddar cheese; 3 ripe tomatoes chopped; 1/2 cup tomato sauce

300 grams macaroni
3 eggs
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup cream
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 garlic clove crushed
1 onion chopped
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
400 grams polony
1 cup mozarella or cheddar cheese
3 ripe tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water.

Drain and spoon into greased ovenproof dish.

Mix in grated cheese.

Beat together the cream and eggs, season to taste, and pour over pasta.

In a saucepan, combine the tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, onion and herbs.

Cook until slightly thickened.

Cube and sprinkle chicken peri peri polony over pasta with tomato mixture and mozarella cheese.

Bake 180C until bubbling and golden for approximately 35 minutes or until set.

Serve hot with a salad.
