1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. heavy cream

Cook potatoes 15 minutes, drain, peel and slice.

Combine onion, garlic, flour, salt, chives, parsley, pepper and mace in a small bowl.

Line 10-inch pie plate with crust.
