Poached Eggs On Whole Wheat

   Note: the eggs need to be new. Obviously they can't be completely fresh unless you have chickens.

   In a pot, bring the water and the vinegar to a boil. While you are doing this, start toasting your bread in your toaster or with your preferred method. Break an egg into a bowl.

   Slide the egg into the boiling water and let it cook for two minutes. With a slotted spoon, lift out the egg and pat it on a paper towel to remove some of the water.

   Place the egg onto the slice of toast.
