1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. red food coloring
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves and cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
lemon juice

Sift together flour, soda, salt, cloves and cinnamon.

Add to first 6 ingredients (mixed together) and add nuts.

Grease and flour a tube cake pan; pour mixture in and place in preheated oven at 350u00b0 for 1 hour.
