Combine mixed berries, plums, all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water in a large bowl. Spoon into prepared dish.

Combine self-rising flour, coconut and remaining sugar in a large bowl. Stir in coconut milk, butter and vanilla until combined. Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead until smooth. Roll out until 1/3 inch thick.

Using a 1 1/4 inch round pastry cutter, cut discs from dough. Arrange discs over outside edge of plum mixture, leaving center uncovered. Bake for 20-25 mins, until topping is golden brown and plum mixture is bubbling. Let cool for 5 mins. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
