Plum And Pacharan Sorbet

   Halve the plums and remove the seed. Place in a container and freeze overnight.

   The next day, add the plums, honey, and liqueur to a food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides with a spatula to make sure everything gets blended.

   Transfer the mixture to a metal container and freeze until firm.
