Dissolve yeast in water; add sugar, shortening and salt to the scalded milk.

When lukewarm, add dissolved yeast and eggs. Gradually add to flour.

Beat thoroughly.

Cover and let rise until doubled.

Stir down and let rise again until doubled.

Stir together the last 3 ingredients.

Take rounded teaspoons of dough and dip into melted butter; roll in sugar-cinnamon-nut mixture. Pile balls loosely in ungreased angel food pan.

Let rise 30 minutes.

Bake 30 minutes in a 350u00b0 oven.

When baked, turn upside-down immediately.

The rolls will be stuck together and are served that way, letting each one pluck off one or two.
