Sprinkle chicken breast with steak spice ( we use Montreal steak spice) and cook in oven at 350 for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and coat with barbeque sauce.

Finish cooking on barbeque over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked through.

Careful not to burn.Top with mozzarella cheese until melted.

Prepare kaiser buns as follows:.

Coat one side of the kaiser bun with the mayonnaise followed by the honey mustard.

Place the butter lettuce and tomato on the other half of the kaiser bun.

Place the cooked chicken breast on top of the kaiser bun that is dressedd with the mayonnaise and the honey mustard.

Top with red onion slice (to taste) followed by the salsa.
