   1) Combine water, food coloring and oil in a medium to large saucepan.

   2) Stir in Cream of Tartar and Salt.

   3) Add Flour, a little at a time, until smooth.

   4) Place saucepan on burner, medium-high heat

   5) Stir often until the dough thickens

   6) store in airtight containers in the fridge for longer shelf life
