Pizza Rolls

   Preheat oven to 425F.

   Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.

   Cut into strips and then cut those strips into six inch squares.

   Fill squares with about two teaspoons of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese and a bit of any additional toppings you choose.

   Pinch sides of dough squares together and seal well to form balls.

   Place balls on a parchment paper lined sheet tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

   While rolls are making, mash together the soft butter and garlic.

   Brush on rolls immediately as they come out of the oven and then grate on the Parmesan cheese.
