Pizza Puffs!

   1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

   2. Thaw pastry puff sheets for 40 minutes or until soft and at room temperature.

   3. Beat egg in bowl.

   4. Mix in all cheeses, beat well and set aside.

   5. Roll out pastry sheet into a 9 by 12 inch rectangle.

   6. Cut into 12 rectangles, each 3 by 2 inches.

   7. Put rectangles onto ungreased baking sheet.

   8. Spoon 1 Tbs of tomato sauce in the middle of each rectangle.

   9. Spoon 1 Tbs cheese mixture on top of tomato sauce

    10. Garnish with 2 pieces of meat, if desired.

    11. Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 12 minutes, or until puff is golden brown and the edges have puffed up.

    12. Let cool 5 minutes before enjoying.
