1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Lightly combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion and egg. Mix in tomato sauce and seasonings.

Mix lightly, but thoroughly. Place mixture in microwavable tube pan.

Cover with waxed paper. Place in microwave and cook on High for 6 minutes.

Rotate 1/2 turn.

Continue cooking for another 6 1/2 to 7 minutes.

Drain any excess grease and turn onto a serving platter.

Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with ketchup.

Let stand about 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 5 helpings.
