1/2 c. Coffee-mate
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. minced garlic or garlic powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 oz. tomato paste
3/4 c. mushrooms, undrained
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. grated onion

Mix together first 6 ingredients and press into a 10-inch pan, forming a pie crust (be sure to press hamburg mixture up the sides a little).

Mix together the remaining ingredients and put in center of hamburg mixture.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
