3 oz ground beef
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup mozzerella cheese
1/8 cup green pepper
1/8 cup onion
1 portabella mushroom
1 tsp grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 pinch ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 425F.

When oven reaches temp, place french fries on baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.

Cook ground beef in frying pan over medium heat.

When meat has reached 155F, add parmesan cheese, black pepper, basil, and thyme.

Stir together

Dice veggies, cut mushroom into thin strips.

When done, remove fries from oven and shift into small bread pan.

Sprinkle lightly with salt if desired.

Cover with sauce, cheese, veggies/mushrooms.

Return to oven for 6-8 minutes, making sure mushrooms are fully cooked before eating.
