2 Tablespoons Hot Bacon Drippings
1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
1/2 cups Half-and-half
1 box Chopped Spinach, Thawed And Drained

4 whole Tortillas
1/2 cups Diced Tomatoes
1/4 cups Sliced Jalapenos
1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese, Grated
