Pizza-Flavored Tomato Soup

   Place the olive oil in a saucepan and saute the pepper, onion, and mushrooms, cooking for approximately 8 minutes and stirring from time to time until the vegetables soften and are cooked through.

   Add the tomato sauce, water, pepperoni, and oregano. Cover the pan, lower the heat, and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

   Serve, topped with cheese.
