Pizza Dough

   In first bowl, add lukewarm water and yeast.

   In second bowl, put sugar, salt, shortening and boiling water, plus 1 1/2 cups of flour and mix together well.

   Then add 1 1/2 cups of flour.

   Add first bowl mix of water and yeast.

   Mix well.

   Let rise 15 minutes.

   Spare dough into well oiled pan.

   (Add pizza sauce and toppings.)
