Pizza Dough

   mix yeast, water, honey, salt, and let stand 5 mintues until foamy

   mix in flour and form dough

   knead dough for 8-10 minutes

   brush top of dough with oil so skin does not form

5. 5

   let dough rest covered in bowl for 1 hour in warm area

6. 6

   punch dough down and knead 1-2 minutes

7. 7

   cut dough in half, let rest for 15 minutes

8. 8

   work dough into shape top and cook
