1 can Pizza Quick sauce
2 Tbsp. onion, diced
2 Tbsp. green pepper, diced
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 slices Mozzarella cheese
2 slices American cheese

Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

Brown ground beef, onions and peppers. Drain grease.

Add mushrooms and pizza sauce.

Pour in 8-inch casserole dish.

Top with cheese and place in oven to melt cheese. While melting, mix Bisquick, milk and eggs.
