Pizza Burgers Recipe

   Brown hamburger, season to taste with garlic pwdr, pepper and small amount of fennel seeds.

   Don't add in salt.

   Grind the Spam with the cheese.

   For cheese use either Velveeta or possibly 1/2 lb.

   Mozzarella with 1 part Cheddar.

   Mix hamburger, Spam, cheese, oregano and pizza sauce.

   You can also add in a can of mushroom bits and pcs.

   Spread mix on an open hamburger bun half.

   Bake at 400 degrees for 5 - 10 min.

    Makes approximately 24 burgers.
