   Let dough thaw and rise.

   Brown beef and onion; add remaining ingredients, except cornmeal.

   Tear off small pieces of bread dough; roll out on board sprinkled with cornmeal.

   Place filling in center of each dough circle.

   Bring edges of dough together over center of filling.

   Twist dough as if closing a sack, to seal.

   Place twist side down on cookie sheet.

   Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375u00b0 until bundles are golden brown.
