Pizza Bread Appetizers

   Beat together egg, oregano and parmesan cheese.

   Roll dough into two 8 x 14 inch rectangles.

   Spread egg mixture on the dough, reserving 3 Tbsp.

   Layer pepperoni and provolone cheese on top. Roll dough jelly-roll style.

   Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and seal the ends.

   Brush with reserved egg mixture. Bake in 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

   Slice for appetizers size. Serve plain or with marinara sauce.
