Pistachio Bread Recipe

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Combine cake and pudding mixes, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs, oil and water.

   Beat well till smooth.

   In a small bowl mix together sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.

   Divide batter between 2 greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans, alternating layers of batter with sugar/nut mix.

   End with a sugar layer.

   Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or possibly till loaves test done.
