1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook pineapple, sugar and flour until thick and then cool. Mix 3 1/2 cups flour and Crisco; add 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and salt in separate bowl; set aside. Mix sour cream, egg yolks and vanilla.

Add to the dry ingredients and put into cookie sheet.

Spread filling mixture on top and garnish with 1/2 cup crushed walnuts.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.
