Ingredients: 6 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained (about 3 c.); 1 c. whipping cream; 4 eggs, separated; 1/2 c. granulated sugar; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon; 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg; 2/3 c. raisins; 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained; 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

In a large bowl, stir together noodles, cream, egg yolks, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Stir in raisins, pineapple and vanilla.

In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.

Fold egg whites into noodle mixture.

Pour into a greased 7 x 11-inch glass baking dish.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until top is light brown.

Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to present.
