1 pound Ground Pork
2 whole Eggs
3/4 cups Soft Bread Crumbs
3/4 cups Milk
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
8 wheels Pineapple (reserve The Juice)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cups Pineapple Juice (use From Canned Pineapple)
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar (or Any Vinegar You Have On Hand)
1 teaspoon Mustard

Mix together the ground ham, pork, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk and ketchup.

In a separate bowl mix the brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar, and mustard.

Set aside.

Divide meat mixture into 9 patties alternate patty, then a wheel of pineapple, patty, then wheel of pineapple and so forth.

Put them in a loaf/stack in a 9x13 dish or 2 or 3 loaf pans.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Take out and baste the loaf with the glaze mixture.

Put back in the oven for another 60 minutes.
