Pineapple Express

   Chill the coconut milk, (best leave it in refrigerator over night)

   In a bowl whip the milk with electric whisk while adding the sugar & Vanilla

   When ready, place the bowl in refrigerator until you ready to serve it

   To serve, fill glasses of your choice with the fruit salad

   It is nice to create a layer of kiwi fruit first & then add the pineapple

   Do your best to spread the pomegranate in between

   At last, using a big spoon add the whip cream and garnish with few pomegranate seeds
