3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. pineapple juice
3 tsp. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
