1/4 cup water warm
1 each eggs
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup flour, unbleached all-purpose
8 ounces pineapple, canned, crushed in its own juice
1 cup carrots grated
1/4 cup raisins, seedless
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup bran
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
