Pimento Cheese

   To make the cheese, add everything into a mixing bowl, and do just that ... mix it very well.

   Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

   Thats it.

   Very basic.

   So, now what?

   Well, what you do not know is how amazing this pimento cheese is.

   Unwrap it and get ready to serve.

   For me, I spread it on a pretzel roll with a hot dog and caramelized onions.

   Later I found myself spreading it on pretzels and crackers.

    It was soon to run out, and thats probably for the best as it has this addicting flavor.

    A bit of that garlic bite with the tanginess from the mayonnaise, and that wonderful Wisconsin cheese flavor ... And well, lets not forget the pimentos which are those wonderful cherry peppers.

    Feel free to use as a sandwich spread, or dip vegetables into it.

    Whatever you decide, I guarantee you are going to like it.

    Let me just say that wherever you are, whether it be in the north, south, east, or west, pimento cheese is something that you have to try!
